After the normal backwashing, assuming the filter is cleaned.

1. Normal Backwash

2. Piping modification (for air inlet) at the filter water inlet.

3. Piping modification (for air inlet) at the filter water inlet.

4. The air pump is ready for a scouring job.

5. Backwashing again after the air scouring.
